Pain Point
Every year, over 2.5 million people suffer from pressure ulcers in the U.S. alone. While hospitals are equipped with professional beds and trained nurses, most early- stage bedridden patients are cared by family members at home. Without proper tools, repositioning must be done manually, and thus causing exhaustion, back pain, and anxiety for over 63 million family caregivers. One missed turn can lead to a painful, irreversible pressure ulcers, turning daily care into fear.
